Responsibilities
- Conduct calls to potential clients conveniently from your home. (Scripts and templates are provided)
- Utilize a call system to organize and monitor your provided client list.
- Handle call and sales reporting responsibilities.
- Participate in required training sessions and meetings.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities, with persuasive sales skills.
- Confident in making outbound calls to clients.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in three languages (Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin).
- Capable of using basic computer software and systems.
- Maintains a stable and fast home internet connection.
- Possesses a functional laptop and smartphone for work purposes.
